Return & Refund Policy

At Salamander Sauce, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns within reasonable guidelines to ensure quality and safety.

Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Items

Only unopened bottles in their original, unaltered condition qualify for returns. All seals must be intact.

Return Process

Contact info@salamandersauce.com with your order number and reason for return. Include clear photos of the item(s). We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization.

Shipping Requirements

All return shipping is at customer expense. Items must be shipped with full tracking coverage through a recognized carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority, etc.). Requirements include:

  • The tracking number must be emailed to info@salamandersauce.com immediately upon shipment
  • Items shipped without tracking or with tracking numbers not provided will not be processed

Refund Terms

Upon receipt and inspection of eligible returns, we provide a 50% refund of the original purchase price. Processing takes 7-14 business days after our receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Damaged in Transit?

We've got you covered. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@salamandersauce.com within 7 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Photos of the damaged bottle(s) and the shipping packaging.
  • Your order number and the delivery date.
  • Your name and shipping address.

Once we receive your email, we'll get a replacement out to you right away.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened bottles, partially used products, gift certificates, and clearance items marked as final sale cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Product Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order for desired items and process the unwanted items as a standard return.
